The wife of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu hinted that his husband's administration has done enough to lift Nigerian women out of poverty after giving out grants enough to start businesses 


The first lady in a viral video circulating on X courtesy of News Channels 247 said that the federal government gave women enough grants, not loans, as being reported in some quarters to kickstart something productive 


"We're trying to give hope. To start Akara business doesn't take too much money; to start roasting corn doesn't take much. We have encouraged Nigerians as best as we could. What is within our hands, I have given, and I keep giving." ~ Remi Tinubu
